Passed away on Thursday June 27, 2019 at his home.

Funeral service will be held on Sunday June 30, 2019 at 11 A.M. at the Honey Creek United Baptist Church, with burial to follow in the Fellowship Cemetery.

Family will receive friends on Saturday June 29, 2019 from 6 P.M. - 8 P.M. at the Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown.

Bro. Carlie Garrett is survived by:

Wife: Judy Garrett.

Children: Wade Garrett, Lana Ellis and husband Stephen, & Kevin Garrett and wife Reva.

Grandchildren: Douglas Garrett, Landon Ellis and wife Ashley, Crystal Keener and husband Patrick, Christopher Garrett and wife Cayla, Jacob Garrett, & Andrew Garrett.

Brother: William Garrett and wife Arvina.

Sisters: Anna Mae Morris and husband Charles & Edna Blevins and husband Roger.

Sister-in-Law: Pat Garrett.

Brother-in-Law: Darrell Tompkins and wife Charlotte.

Special friends and neighbors: Danny and Connie Parker.

Parents: Loyd and Loma Garrett.

Brother: Coy Garrett.
