Passed away on Sunday June 9, 2019 at his home

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday June 12, 2019 at 2 P.M. at the Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown, with burial to follow in the Allardt Cemetery

Family will receive friends on Tuesday June 11, 2019 from 6 P.M. - 8 P.M. at the Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown.
