Passed away on Monday October 21, 2019 at Galion Community Hospital in Galion, OH

Funeral service will be held on Saturday October 26, 2019 at 4 P.M. at the Mundy Funeral Home South Chapel in Clarkrange, with burial to follow in the Spring Chapel Cemetery

Family will receive friends on Saturday October 26, 2019 from 3 P.M. - 4 P.M. at the Mundy Funeral Home South Chapel in Clarkrange
