Passed away on Sunday July 14, 2019 at Signature Healthcare of Fentress County

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday July 17, 2019 at 1 P.M. at the Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown with burial to follow in the Storie Cemetery

Family will receive friends on Wednesday July 17, 2019 from 11 A.M. - 1 P.M. at the Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown

Mrs. Slaven is survived by:

Son: Darrell G. Slaven and wife Peenie

Daughters: Debbie Hill and Diana Williams

Brother: Kenneth Slaven

Sister: Francene Roberts

9 Grandchildren
