Passed away on Saturday May 25, 2019 at his home

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday May 28, 2019 at 11 A.M. at the Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown, with burial to follow in the Storie Cemetery. Military service will be conducted at the grave side by American Legion Post 137

Family will receive friends on Monday May 27, 2019 from 5 P.M. - 8 P.M. at the Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown, with a Masonic service to be held at 7 P.M.

Mr. Peavyhouse is survived by:

Wife: Kathleen Peavyhouse

Daughter: Sheila Foy and husband Rod

Grandchildren: Melody Miller and husband Brian, Jared Foy and wife Nancy, & Christie Overall and husband Ken

Great-Grandchildren: Abigail Miller, Macy Foy, Allyson Miller, and James Manous

Daughter-in-law: Patsy Peavyhouse

Mr. Peavyhouse was preceded in death by:
