Funeral service will be held on Tuesday August 20, 2019 at 11 A.M. at the Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown, with burial to follow in the Fellowship Cemetery

Family will receive friends on Monday August 19, 2019 from 5 P.M. - 8 P.M. at the Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown

Brother: Quentin Stephens

Step-Daughter: Belinda Wells

Daughter-in-law: Jill Jones

Step-Grandson: Paul Burks
