Funeral services will be held on Friday May 10, 2019 at 10 A.M. at the Mt. Helen Baptist Church with burial to follow in the Mt. Helen Cemetery

Family will receive friends on Thursday May 9, 2019 from 5 P.M. - 8 P.M. at the Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown
