Passed away on Wednesday April 3, 2019 at Jamestown Regional Medical Center

Funeral service will be held on Saturday April 6, 2019 at 1 P.M. at the Mundy Funeral Home South Chapel in Clarkrange with burial to follow in the Spring Chapel Cemetery

Family will receive friends on Saturday April 6, 2019 from 11 A.M.- 1 P.M. at the Mundy Funeral Home South Chapel in Clarkrange

Mr. Atkinson is survived by:

Mother: Rhonda Smith
