Passed away on Wednesday June 26, 2019 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center

Funeral service will be held on Saturday June 29, 2019 at 3 P.M. at the Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown, with burial to follow in the Stephens Cemetery in the Red Hill Community

Family will receive friends on Saturday June 29, 2019 from 12 Noon - 3 P.M. at the Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown

Son: Joshua Stephens

Mother: Colene Rogers

Granddaughters: Lillie Stephens & Audrey Stephens
