Passed away on Thursday, July 6, 2023 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at 11 A.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown, with burial to follow in the Mt. Helen Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Monday, July 10, 2023 from 5 P.M. – 8 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown.

He is survived by:

Daughters: Amanda Duncan, Amy Crabtree and husband Bill, & Sara Stowers

Granddaughters: Makayla Crabtree, Kaylie Crabtree, and Kara Crabtree

Sisters: Rhonda Mills and husband Jack, Donna Threet and husband Chris, Sheila Fowler and husband Joey, Kristi Jones and husband James, & Kim Capps

Sister-in-law: Stephanie Day and husband Kevin

Mother-in-law: Sue Bales

Father-in-law: Ken Coverstone
