Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at 12 noon at Mundy Funeral Home South Chapel in Clarkrange, with burial to follow in the Spring Chapel Cemetery 

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 from 5 P.M. - 8 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home South Chapel in Clarkrange 

He is survived by: 

Wife: Michelle Findley Phillips 

Children: Jesse Phillips and wife Logan & Kelsey Phillips 

Father: Paul Phillips 

Mother: Thelma Phillips 

SIsters: Tammy Miller and husband Mark & Paula Music and husband Adam 

Father-in-law and mother-in-law: Bryan and Rosetta Findley 

Honorary children: Tyler Flowers and Whitney Gunter 

A host of bonus children, other family and friends 

He was preceded in death by: 

Grandparents: Margaret and Leon Ball & Dexter and Marie Phillips 

Brother-in-law: Matt Findley 

Special uncle: Calvin Phillips
