Passed away on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at his home

The family will receive friends at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown on Friday, February 25, 2022 from 4 P.M  - 6 P.M., with Funeral service beginning at 6 P.M. central time 

A grave side service will be held on Saturday, February 26, 2022 at 2 P.M. Central Time at Highland South Cemetery in Knoxville

He is survived by: 
Wife - Linda Coffey Smith
Children - Rhonda Faye Morgan, Randall Lee Smith and wife Valerie, Wayne Limbaugh and wife Kim, Paige Leslie and husband Chuck.
Brother - John W. Smith and wife Linda.
16 Grandchildren and 12 Great Grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by:
Parents - Lee Smith & Nellie Patton Smith. 
Infant Brother - Ralph W. Smith.
5 - Grandbabies and 2 - Great Grandbabies.
