Memorial visitation will be held on Monday, Oct. 28 from 5 P.M. until 7 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown.

She is survived by:

Children: Brooklynn, Brentley, and Briley Stockton

Brothers: Josh Osborne, Jeremy Ford, Skyler Ford

Little Sis: Carlie Roysden

Aunts and Uncle: Glenda, Connie, JoAnn, Judy, Johnny Ray

Nieces and nephews: Cyris Ford, Drake Caney, JT Osborne, Mia Choate, Andrew Osborne, and Avery Cate Osborne
