She is survived by:

Daughters: Barbara Lavey and Danielle Proffit

Sons: Daniel Othola and Lawrence Smith

Grandchildren: Angel Lavey, Benjamin Taylor, & Anthony, Abigail, and Dewey Proffit

Great-Grandchildren: Kaizer and Braylen Proffit
