Carol Dean Lewis

Carol Dean Lewis, 71, of Ardmore, Tennessee passed away on Monday, March 13, 2023.

Mrs. Lewis was the daughter of the late Edgar Harley Miller and the late Reba Rozell Cooper.

Mrs. Lewis lived in the Ardmore area for over 40 years and was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed spending time at the beach and loved her grandbabies more than anything.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband of 50 years Joe Edward Lewis, two brothers; David and Ronnie Miller, one sister; Charlene Matthews, son, Kevin Lewis and infant daughter; step-son, Tommy Arnold; step- daughter, Anita Myers; and step-grandson, Steven Bass.

Mrs. Lewis is survived by her son: Keith (Tracy) Lewis; daughter: Amanda (Brian) Smith; step-son, Roger (Margaret) Lewis; step-daughters, Juanita (Scott) Smith, and Joan (Joe) Woody; grandchildren: Devin Lewis, Collin Lewis, Kimmie Smith, Layken Smith, and Blakely Smith; step-grandchildren, Chris Lewis, Kimmer Lodes, Missy Kelley, Valerie Lewis, Trisha Burnett, April Edman, Tommy Arnold, Jr., and Alex Bass; along with 12 step-great grandchildren and 2 step-great great grandchildren.

A visitation will be held at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home on Thursday, March 16, 2023, from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. A second visitation will be held at Mundy Funeral Home South Chapel in Clarkrange, Tennessee on Friday, March 17, 2023, from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. with a Chapel Service scheduled for the following day, Saturday, March 18, 2023, to begin at 12:00 noon. Burial will follow in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery
