Dan Hawley

Daniel D Hawley died January 19, 2026 in Jamestown, TN. He is survived by his sister, Ann Foushee of Mary Esther, FL; his daughter, Meagan (and Timothy) Harris of Tallahassee, FL; three grandchildren, William, Kathryn (Lala), and Gemma Harris; and many friends and loved ones. 

Dan was born to Donald Hawley and Sandra Ann Henschell on July 10, 1959 in Lowell, Massachusetts. He served in the US Air Force like his father, and lived many places in the US and abroad. He enjoyed his career as an avionics technician.

He was a life long learner. He always had a story to tell of his many different experiences. He had many interests including scuba diving, woodworking, astronomy, photography, cooking, and travel. He had a stellar sense of humor.

A memorial will be held in his honor on Friday, January 30th at 1pm at Highlands Church of the Cumberlands in Jamestown, TN.
