Age: 68 of Jamestown

Passed away on Friday, September 15 at UT Medical Center-Jamestown

Grave side service will be held on Tuesday, September 19 at 2 P.M. at Boiling Springs Cemetery Baxter. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 19 from 10 A.M. – 12 Noon at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown

He is survived by:

Son: Michael Jackson

Grandson: Corey Frye and wife Lakotah

Grandchildren: Autumn, Araella, Anderson, & Amelia

Sister: Carol Phyllis Moore

He was preceded in death by:

Wife: Delcia Elizabeth Jackson

Son: Kenneth Dale Jackson

Parents: Toula Eudell Jackson and William Carmel Jackson

Siblings: Judy Diana Ison, Ronald Lee Jackson, & Donald Eugene Jackson
