Passed away on Saturday, November 14, 2020 at Turkey Creek Medical Center

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at 2 P.M. at the Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown, with burial to follow in the South Family Cemetery

Family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 18, 2020 from 12 Noon – 2 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown

He is survived by:

Wife: Mary Lou Delk

Mother: Anna Lorene Delk

Son: James Edward Delk and wife Jill

Grandchildren: Ethan Delk and Emmy Delk

Brother: Mike Delk

Sisters: Glenda Delk, Lisa Delk, and Marsha Delk
