Passed away on Friday February 8, 2019 at Jamestown Regional Medical Center

Funeral services will be held on Monday February 11, 2019 at 2 P.M. at the Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown with burial to follow in the Allardt Cemetery.

Family will receive friends on Monday February 11, 2019 from 11 A.M. - 2 P.M. at the Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown.
