Passed away on Sunday, January 22, 2023 at Cumberland Medical Center 

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 26, 2023 at 1P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home South Chapel in Clarkrange with burial to follow in the Old Barger Cemetery 

Family will receive friends on Thursday, January 26, 2023 from 11 A.M. - 1 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home South Chapel in Clarkrange 

She is survived by: 

Daughters: Leslie Pullins and husband David & Emily Winningham 

Sisters: Karen Clark and husband Doyle, Kathy Huffman and husband Duane 

Brother: Terry Casada and wife Rhonda 

Grandchildren: Brandon Pullins and wife Kelsey, Tyler Pullins and fiance Kary Grace, CJ Pullins, Jessica Atkins, and Tiffany Winningham 

Several Great-Grandchildren 

She was preceded in death by: 

Parents: Cloyd and Margaret Casada 

Husband: Burt Winningham 

Daughter: Lori Winningham
