Passed away on Sunday, September 20, 2020 at Bailey Manor Assisted Living in Cookeville

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at 1 P.M. at the Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown, with burial to follow in the Fentress Memorial Gardens

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 22, 2020 from 5 P.M. – 8 P.M. at the Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown

She is survived by:

Daughter: Tina Smith and husband Jason

Grandchildren: Landyn Smith, Preston Smith, and Brian Arms

Great-Grandchildren: Xavier Arms & Paige Arms

1 Great-Great-Granddaughter
