Funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 18, 2023 at 11 A.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown, with burial to follow in the Winningham Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 from 6 P.M. - 9 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown

Son: Jeff Cooper and wife Tammy 

God-Child: Annette Alfont and husband Curt

Step-Grandchildren: Ceela Blodgett and Zane Blodgett
