Funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 14, 2022 at 1 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown, with burial to follow in the Franklin Cemetery
Family will receive friends on Thursday, April 14, 2022 from 11 A.M. – 1 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown
He is survived by:

Son: Wade Delk and wife Jessica
Daughter: Amy Delk and partner Kelly
6 Grandchildren
Brothers: Lyle Delk and wife Connie & Lynn Delk and wife Tammy

He was preceded in death by:

Parents: Clayton and Artha “Tootie” Delk
