Funeral service will be held on Monday, January 13, 2020 at 2 P.M. at the Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown, with burial to follow in the Fentress Memorial Gardens

Family will receive friends on Monday, January 13, 2020 from 11 A.M. - 2 P.M. at the Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown

Daughters: Keena Adams and husband Malcolm, Deena Smith, Melinda Smith, & Jennifer Lively

Brother: Tony York and wife Anita

Sister: Brenda Williams
