Passed away on Thursday, May 3, at Cumberland Medical Center

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, May11, at 1 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home South Chapel in Clarkrange, with burial to follow in the Spring Chapel Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 11 A.M.  until time of the service at 1 P.M.
