Passed away on Thursday, September 14, 2023
Funeral service will be held on Monday, September 18 at 11 A.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown, with burial to follow in the Sharp Place Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday, September 18 from 10 A.M. – 11 A.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown

Children: Cindy Conatser, Warren Duggan and wife Susan, Julia Purcell and husband Nathan
Grandchildren: Kacey Buttrey and husband Levi, Karey Smith and husband Will, Emma Wright and husband Jordan, Cade Brannon
Great-Grandchildren: Lane and Aavah Buttrey, Rylee and Rhett Smith, Brady Wright
Sisters: Ella Jaye Manis, Pat Brown and husband Lonnie, Charollet Conatser and husband Junior
Sister-in-law: Virginia Iva Duggan
