Passed away on Friday, June 14, 2024 at Quality Center for Rehab and Healing in Lebanon

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 19, 2024 at 2 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown, with burial to follow in the Fellowship Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12 Noon until time of the service at 2 P.M. Military honors will be provided by American Legion Post 137

He is survived by:

Son: Gary Pierce and wife Jenine

Grandchildren: Collin Pierce. Whitley Pierce

Sister-in-law: Edith Williams and husband Wendell

A host of nieces and nephews:

He was preceded in death by;

Wife: Betty Slaven Pierce

Parents: Henry and Sadie Pierce

Children: Hershel R. Pierce, Betty M. Pierce, and Johnathan Scott Pierce

Brothers: Clayton Pierce, Thomas Pierce, and Ernest Pierce

Sister: Flora Pierce
