Jace Ryan Gallahan

Jace Ryan Gallahan, age 5, of Sparta TN, passed away at St. Thomas hospital on Friday, September 16, 2022. He was surrounded by family and loved ones.

​Jace was born in Hamilton County, TN, on October 22, 2016, to mother, Lonnie Whitehead, and father, Jason Gallahan. He was a beautiful special needs toddler whose smile would light up every room he was ever in. He was well known for his love of Paw Patrol and the Sound of Music. His laugh and smile would melt the heart of all those who met and knew him. 

​Preceding Jace’s death was brother, Kendale Whitehead, and his great grandmother, Dorothy Whitehead.

​Jace is survived by parents Lonnie Whitehead and Jason Gallahan. Grandmothers Deborah Farris, Shirley Gallahan, and Paula Whitehead. Grandfathers Wendell Whitehead, Gary Gallahan, and Darrell Farris. Aunts Kristi Gallahan, Suzanne Mahany and Kalyn Conatser. Uncles Fred and Zeek Gallahan, John Mahany and DJ Conaster. Also, a host of cousins, great-grandparents, great-aunts and uncles. 

​He leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter. He will be missed beyond compare.

He will continue to live on in the hearts and minds of his family and everyone who knew him. 

Funeral services will be held on Wedneseday, September 21, 2022 at 1 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown, with burial to follow in the Mt. Helen Cemetery & the family will receive friends from 11 A.M. - 1 P.M.
