Funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at 1 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown, with burial to follow in the West Cemetery in Oneida

Family will receive friends on Friday, March 24, 2023 from 5 P.M. - 8 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown

He is survived by:

Siblings: Steve Slaven and fiance’ Lynn, David Slaven and wife Kristy, and Susan Garrett and husband Nathan
