Funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at 1 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown, with burial to follow in the Fentress Memorial Gardens

Family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 from 5 P.M. - 7 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown

He is survived by:

Daughter: Cindy Cook and husband Boyd

Grandson: Brandon Cook and wife Britney

Great-Grandchildren: Braylon Cook and Brookelynn Cook

Brother: Roger Walker and wife Dorthy
