Passed away on Wednesday, August 18, 2021

Funeral service will be held on Monday, August 23, 2021 at 1 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown, with burial to follow in the Taylor Place Cemetery

Family will receive friends on Monday, August 23, 2021 from 11 A.M. – 1 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown

Carolyn is survived by:

Great-Nieces and Nephews: Jeff Ledbetter, Lisa Ledbetter, Larry Ledbetter, Timothy Ledbetter, and Jessie York

Great-Great Niece and Nephews: Tabitha Ricketts and husband Adam, Jeffrey Ledbetter II, and Gabriel Ledbetter
