Passed away on Friday, October 2, 2020 at Cumberland Medical Center

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at 12 Noon at the Mundy Funeral Home South Chapel in Clarkrange, with burial to follow in the Jonesville Cemetery

Family will receive friends on Monday, October 5, 2020 from 5 P.M. – 8 P.M. at the Mundy Funeral Home South Chapel in Clarkrange

He is survived by:

Sons: Jerry Kelvin Farley & Michael Lynn Farley

Grandchildren: River Farley, Taylor Farley, Hunter Farley, and Kelsey Farley

Sisters: Julia Beaty and husband Maryle & Temple Wilson and husband Billy Joe

Brothers: Anthony Farley and wife Kelly & Steven Farley and wife Keri
