Passed away Friday, January 16, 2026 at Signature Healthcare of Fentress County

Funeral service will be held at 1 P.M. on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown, with burial to follow in the Sharp Place Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 11 AM until time of service at 1 PM

She is survived by:

Children: Cindy Conatser, Warren Duggan and wife Susan, Julia Purcell and husband Nathan

Grandchildren: Kacey Buttrey and husband Levi, Karey Smith and husband Will, Emma Wright and husband Jordan, Cade Brannon and wife Hannah

Great-Grandchildren: Lane and Aavah Buttrey, Rylee and Rhett Smith, Brady Wright, Ella Sampsel, Clay Brannon

Sisters-in-law: Pat Brown and husband Lonnie, Charollet Conatser and husband Junior, Virginia “Iva" Duggan

Special Caregiver: Doris Harris

She was preceded in death by:

Parents: Hollins and Anna Mae (Milligan) Dishmon

Son: Daniel Scott Duggan
