Passed away on Sunday, January 5, 2025 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center

Funeral service will be held at 1 P.M. on Thursday, January 9, 2025 at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown with burial to follow in the Allardt Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 11 A.M. until time of the service at 1 P.M.

He is survived by:

Son: C.W. Smith and wife Suellen

Grandson: Wheeler Smith

Step-Grandchildren: Brockston Cooper, Austin Cooper, Kayrae Murphy

Great grandson: Jaxson Cooper

Sisters: Aarol Williams and husband Anthony & Jeanette Tompkins and husband James

Brother-in-law: Merle Stewart

He was preceded in death by:

Parents: Claude Smith SR and Agnes Smith
