Passed away on Friday, October 29, 2021

Grave side service will be held on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at 2 P.M. at Fentress Memorial Gardens

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 from 11:30 a.m. – 1 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown, with a Masonic service to be held at 1 P.M.

He is survived by:

Son: Michael Stephens and wife Chris

Daughter: Debbie Wilson and husband John

4 Grandchildren & 3 Great-Grandchildren

Sister: Katy Johnson and husband Joe

He was preceded in death by:
