Passed away on Monday, May 26, 2025 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center

Funeral service will be held at 1 PM on Saturday, May 31, 2025 at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown. Burial will follow in the Spring Chapel Cemetery. Family will receive friends Friday, May 30, 2025 from 5 PM until 8 PM at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown

He is survived by:

Daughters: Tammy Lewis and husband Ronnie, Karen Welch and husband Ben, Leonora Martin (Matt Williams)

Special Aunt: Zona Abston

Grandchildren: Erica LaRue, Andrea Phillips, Chris Martin, Brittany Coleman, Whitley Williams, McKenzie Lewis

Great-Grandchildren: Zachary, Bella, and Bentley McCloud; Annabelle, Abigail, and Austin Martin; Kaden and Kionna Phillips; Amberlee Coleman; & Faylee Kline

He was preceded in death by:
