 Family will receive friends on Monday, November 29, 2021 from 11 A.M. – 1 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown

 She is survived by:

 Sons: Thomas Olmstead and wife Melissa, Sid Olmstead and wife Mary Catherine, Russell Olmstead and wife Jackie, Scottie Olmstead and wife Rebekah

 Brothers: Lonnie Cook and Oscar Cook

 Sisters: Linda Findley, Ann Clark, Lilly Cooper, and Laura Stephens

 Grandchildren: William and wife Renea, Samantha, Matthew, Caleb and wife Christy, and Jeremiah
