Passed away on Friday, November 26, 2021 at Cumberland Medical Center

Funeral service will be held on Monday, November 29, 2021 at 1 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown, with burial to follow in the Spring Chapel Cemetery

Family will receive friends on Monday, November 29, 2021 from 11 A.M. – 1 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown

She is survived by:

Sons: Thomas Olmstead and wife Melissa, Sid Olmstead and wife Mary Catherine, Russell Olmstead and wife Jackie, Scottie Olmstead and wife Rebekah

Brothers: Lonnie Cook and Oscar Cook
