Passed away on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at Ascension St. Thomas West Hospital

Funeral service will be held on Friday, October 28, 2022 at 1 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown, with burial to follow in the Wright Cemetery in the Shirley Community

The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 27, 2022 from 5 P.M. – 8 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown

He is survived by:

Mother: Judy Poore 

Sisters: Tammy Crouch and husband Wayne & Kristi Poore and friends, Sandy and Caleb

Nephew: Michael Green and wife, Katelyn

Niece: Tasha Draper and husband, Kelvin  

Great Nephews and Nieces: Jonah, LeiElla, Mayona, and Josiah & Jaxon, Dooley, and Will
