Passed away on Sunday, July 21 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center

Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, July 28 at 2 PM at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown, with burial to follow in the Mt Helen Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Saturday, July 27 from 5 P.M. until 8 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown

She is survived by:

Daughters: Michelle McCollum and husband Ernest, Mitzi Byrd and husband Channon, and Tina Choate

Grandchildren: Cody Hambrecht, Tyler Hambrecht, Katelyn Sciara, & Cameron Byrd

Great-Grandchildren: Jude Hambrecht, Luke Hambrecht, Samuel Sciara, and Maverick Sciara

Brother: Paul Chambers

She was preceded in death by:

Husband: Naaman Sewell

Parents: Pearl and Esau Chambers
