Funeral service will be held on Friday, November 5, 2021 at 12 Noon at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown, with burial to follow in the Fentress Memorial Gardens

Family will receive friends on Thursday, November 4, 2021 from 6 P.M. – 8 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown

He is survived by:

Siblings: Sue Crooks, Patsy Upchurch, Kay Copeland and husband Ronald, Larry Smith and wife Marilyn, & Carol Cooper and husband Steve

Mother-in-law: Imogene Blevins

Sister-in-law: Flora Blevins

Brother-in-law: Vernon Blevins and wife Sandy

A host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends

He was preceded in death by:

Parents: James and Verble Smith

Brothers: Hershell, Ricky, and Garry Smith

Sister: Linda Lou Smith

Brothers-in-law: Joe Upchurch and David Crooks
