Passed away on Monday January 27, 2020 at Cumberland Medical Center

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday January 28, 2020 at 12 Noon at the Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown with burial to follow in the Wright Chapel Cemetery

Family will receive friends on Tuesday January 28, 2020 from 10 A.M. - 12 Noon at the Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown
