Passed away on Friday, October 18 at his home.

Memorial visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 22 at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown from 5 PM until 7 PM

He is survived by:

Children: Bonnie Winningham, Jenny Molands and husband Chris, Cassie Miller, Jeremy Miller, and Matt Miller

Grandchildren: Tanner, Asiah and Zeb, Ketonna, Gavin, Gage, and Taylor

Siblings: Judy, Susie, June, and Rodger

A host of other family and friends

He was preceded in death by:

1st Wife: Kay Pullins

2nd Wife: Lenor Blair

Grandchildren: Marley Smith and Trevor Carol

Brothers: Otto, Dave, Charles, Danny, and James
