Passed away on Sunday, October 4, 2020 at Standing Stone Care and Rehabilitation

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at 11 A.M. at the Mundy Funeral Home South Chapel in Clarkrange, with burial to follow in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 from 5 P.M. – 8 P.M. at the Mundy Funeral Home South Chapel in Clarkrange

She is survived by:

Sons: Wayne Phillips and wife Yolounda, Randall Phillips and wife Kathy, & Steve Phillips and wife Cynthia

Grandchildren: Nicholas Phillips and wife Elisha, Chadrick Phillips and wife Megan, Natasha Phillips, Erica McCloud, and Andrea Phillips
