Funeral Service will be held on Friday, August 12, 2022 at 5 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown, with cremation to follow.

Family will receive friends on Friday, August 12, 2022 from 4 P.M. – 5 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown
