A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2020 from 11 A.M. - 12 Noon at the Mundy Funeral Home South Chapel in Clarkrange

Mrs. Welch is survived by:

Children: Sandra Presley and David Wright

Sisters: Loretta Tindall and Anita Tesch
