Passed away on Saturday, July 1, 2023 at Cumberland Medical Center

Family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 5, 2023 from 2 P.M. – 4 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown. Funeral service will be held at 4 P.M. with cremation to follow.

The Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown is in charge of arrangements.
