Passed away on Monday, February 3, 2020 at his home

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 6, 2020 at 2 P.M. at the Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown, with burial to follow in the Fentress Memorial Gardens

Family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 from 5 P.M. - 8 P.M. at the Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown
