Passed away on Sunday, July 23, 2023 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
Funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 27, 2023 at 2 P.M. Central Time at Mundy Funeral Home South Chapel in Clarkrange with burial to follow at the Rinnie Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 27 from 12 Noon – 2 P.M. Central Time at Mundy Funeral Home South Chapel in Clarkrange
He is survived by:

Sons: Mike Smith and wife Leslie & Mark Smith and wife Misty
Grandchildren: Lane Smith and wife Isabel, Emery Smith, Anna Smith, Ellie Smith, Mason Smith, & Skyler Campbell
Brother: Bruce Smith and wife Susie
Sister: Marquettia Presley and husband Charles
Host of nieces, nephews, and other family and friends
