Passed away on Monday, January 30, 2023 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center 

Family will receive friends on Friday, February 3, 2023 from 5 P.M. - 8 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown with cremation to follow. (This was Susan's wish)

She is survived by: 

Son: Josh Young and wife Toni 

Fiance’: Tim Burnett 

Step-Children: Tim Young, Vickie Wright, & Sue Boles 

Grandchildren: Jaden Bowling, Holden and Houston Phillips, & Hallie Young, Scott Wright, Kayla Ward, Katie Moran, Chloe Young, Lauren Garrett, and Nicole Cravens 

Brother: Keith Smith 

Brother-in-law: Odis Young

A host of step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends 

She was preceded in death by: 

Husband: Oscar Young 

Parents: William Aubra (Bill) Smith and Sylvia Arney Smith 

Son-in-law: William Boles
