Family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 12, 2022 from 2 P.M. – 4 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown

She is survived by:

Children: Keith Smith (Carolyn) & Susan Young (Tim)

Grandchildren: Josh Young and wife Toni, Warren Smith and wife Jennifer, Hayes Smith (Daniel), Vickie Wright and husband Mike, Sue Boles, & Tim Young

Great-Grandchildren: Jaden, Holden, Houston, Hallie, Ryan, Jax, Ruby, & Declan

Nephews: Shawn, Tim, and Joe
